We are recognised as Top Employer once again

We were awarded the "Top Employer" certificate by the Top Employers Institute, one of the world's leading organizations in the field of human resources. Thus, we were entitled to receive this title for the 6th time as Roche Diagnostics Türkiye and for the third time as Roche Pharmaceuticals Türkiye. This success is ours!

Banu Gülsün, People and Culture Leader of Roche Pharmaceuticals Türkiye, said: “While we improve people's lives with the innovative solutions we offer in the field of healthcare services, we also attach great importance to the career and development journeys of our employees, who are our most valuable assets. While shaping our People and Culture practices within the framework of diversity and inclusion, we activate a flexible and collaborative culture at the maximum level. With the increased efficiency in our work, we are walking towards the future with strong steps with happy employees who can demonstrate their potential in the best way. I believe that the ‘Top Employer’ certificate, which we, as Roche Pharmaceuticals Türkiye, was awarded for the third time by the Top Employers Institute, indicates that we are on the right track with our People and Culture practices. We will continue our efforts to ensure that our employees can always work in better conditions and contribute to their development.”

Duygu Karakaş, Roche Diagnostics Türkiye People and Culture Leader, said, “The most important element that Roche has focused on throughout its more than 125-year history has always been human. With this perspective, we attach importance to the development and career journeys of our employees while continuing to strongly activate our mission of improving lives all over the world. The fact that we, as Roche Diagnostics Türkiye, was awarded the ‘Top Employer’ certificate six times in a row by a leading organization in the field of human resources such as the Top Employers Institute, shows us once again that we have achieved our goals in our internal practices.”
