In case of a vacant position, we give priority to our internal candidates. We continue our search for candidates by posting ads on relevant career sites/job search platforms in positions that cannot be held by one of the internal candidates. In all our postings, we share the job description and the required qualifications in detail.

 

We invite our candidates who meet the required qualifications to our company for an interview. Interview steps are meeting with the relevant Chapter Head or Sub Chapter Head from Human Resources, Evaluation Center and Professional/Personality Inventory Applications, Recruitment Panel interview and Reference Control, respectively. At the end of this process, we make a job offer to the appropriate candidate and start the employment process after the candidate accepts the offer.
